Everything you need to be found by AI

Ansyra closes the loop from measuring what AI says about you, to fixing the sources behind it, to proving the change. Here is what each part does.

Watch what five engines say about your category

Ansyra asks the questions your buyers ask, on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Grok, and records whether each answer names you, how it frames you, and who it names instead.

  • Per-engine coverage for every tracked question.
  • A visibility state per question: recommended, linked, unlinked, misrepresented, or absent.
  • Sentiment and framing, not just a yes or no mention.
  • A category benchmark: your AI Presence next to the median of other tracked brands in your industry, shown only once enough are tracked to keep it anonymous.
  • All five core AI engines on every plan, including the free trial: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Grok, plus Google's AI answers.
  • The AI answer scan re-checks automatically on your plan cadence, weekly on Trial, Starter and Growth and daily on Agency and Enterprise, with nobody signed in.
  • Google's surfaces work differently and we say so: they refresh when the app is next opened, AI Overviews on the same cadence as your AI re-checks, AI Mode and organic rankings at most once a day.

Source & citation intelligence

See the pages AI trusts, and the ones you’re missing

Every answer is built from sources. Ansyra maps the domains engines cite about your category, shows where you already appear, and flags the high-authority pages you should be on but aren’t.

  • Citation map across engines, not a single-engine guess.
  • Community sources like Reddit and forums, plus the YouTube videos AI cites.
  • Listicle and comparison pages that name a rival but not you, as outreach targets.
  • Sorted by how many engines each source moves.
  • Each source typed and tiered, so a community thread is never read as an institutional citation.

Competitor visibility

Know who gets recommended instead of you

Ansyra tracks AI Presence for you and each competitor, per engine, so you can see exactly where you lead, where you trail, and whether the gap moved after your last change.

  • Side-by-side AI Presence, engine by engine.
  • A Brand-Gap view: map your sub-brands and products, and see the rivals named in answers where you’re absent.
  • Movement over time, tied to what you shipped.
  • Board-ready, without building a spreadsheet.

Content opportunities & briefs

Turn gaps into briefs your team can ship

Ansyra reads the gaps in your coverage and drafts briefs aimed at the exact questions and sources that will change the answer, so writers start from an opportunity, not a blank page.

  • Briefs mapped to the questions AI is asking.
  • Opportunities tagged by play type: traffic, mention, comparison, tool, or reputation.
  • Start from a structure template: answer-first, comparison, FAQ, or glossary.
  • Per-brand Brand Guidelines (mission, vision, values, tone, dos and don'ts) are injected as brand-voice grounding above the no-fabrication rules. Drafting stays inert until the generation key is set.
  • The missing sources to earn, listed in priority.
  • Hands off to your content and compliance workflow.

Prioritisation & ownership

Work one ranked queue that never marks itself done

Content gaps, readiness fixes, source gaps, search opportunities, K+AI insights and alerts all land in one ranked queue, each with an owner and a status. It stays ungated on every plan, including the trial, because paywalling the thing that unifies surfaces you already have would defeat its point. When an item stops appearing we close it as auto-closed and say why: nothing re-measured it, so that is not the same as fixed.

  • Three bands, P1 · Do first, P2 · This cycle and P3 · Backlog, and the index behind them is labelled in the app as a ranking aid, not a measurement.
  • Done and Dismissed are yours to set, so the system can never mark your work finished for you.
  • Every auto-closed row names its reason: no longer surfaced, possibly resolved, or obsolete.
  • Nothing closes until it is absent from two reads that actually recomputed, so a feeder that failed closes nothing.
  • An owner on every row, status and owner in bulk, six lenses onto the same queue, and CSV export.

Ship the fix, then prove it moved

Ansyra takes an opportunity through drafting, review, and publishing to your CMS, then re-measures the same prompts so you can see the AI Presence movement the change produced. Proving a direction takes several post-publish re-checks rather than one, so a fix reads as still measuring until the after-state has settled. We would rather say that than show you a number two scans cannot support.

  • Draft, review, and approve in one place.
  • An expected-impact estimate on each opportunity that switches from a modelled band to your own measured median as fixes of that kind settle.
  • Publish to your own CMS: 10 targets (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Contentful, Sanity, HubSpot, Strapi, Ghost, Drupal, and Storyblok), through per-tenant encrypted config. WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and Contentful are the primary targets.
  • No CMS connected yet? Fixes export for manual publishing until you connect one.
  • Automatic re-measure to close the loop.

Make sure AI and search engines can actually read you

Before an answer can cite you, a crawler has to reach you. Ansyra audits robots.txt, your sitemap, indexability and which AI and search crawlers you allow, scores each, and hands back the fixes, including a copy-paste robots.txt and a generated starter llms.txt.

  • Robots.txt, sitemap, indexability and crawlability, scored.
  • Per-crawler declared policy, Googlebot to Claude-SearchBot, split by the job each crawler does.
  • AI crawler analytics: which bots actually fetched your site, once you wire the drop-in snippet (needs API access, Agency and up).
  • AI referral traffic, from a connected GA4 property: the sessions ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and other assistants send to your site, and the pages they land on. A floor, not the full count, and Google AI Overviews cannot be split from organic in analytics, so we never guess at them.
  • Copy-paste robots.txt and a generated llms.txt.

K+AI: the analyst layer

Insights and answers from your own data, never generic advice

K+AI sits above every module and turns the measurements into decisions: what is happening, why, and what to do next. Every insight shows the exact data it used and how confident the conclusion is; when data is missing, it says what to connect instead of guessing.

  • Insight cards across visibility, sources, competitors, content gaps, accuracy, and readiness.
  • Every insight ranked alongside your other work in the Worklist, exportable as markdown.
  • Ask K+AI anything about your workspace; answers cite the data they used.
  • Trend and trajectory calls, like a rival closing your lead, flagged early.

Brand Registry

One verified owner per domain, worldwide

Tracking any brand is open to everyone. Exclusive ownership is not: prove you control a domain and you hold it globally, so no one can claim your brand out from under you.

  • Verify by DNS record, a hosted file, or a connected Analytics property.
  • Subdomain-aware sub-brand trees, so a parent and its product lines nest correctly.
  • Displaced-owner notices if a domain you tracked is later verified by its real owner.
  • Anyone can measure a brand; only verified ownership is exclusive.

Compliance Advisory Filter

Screening that runs only against the regulator you choose

You select the regulator that applies to a brand, and only then does anything screen its content. Nothing is inferred from your industry or the markets you sell in, because a brand blocked by a regime nobody chose for it is a compliance claim made on no evidence. Around ten packs enforce today; the rest are reference-only, and the product says which is which. This is screening and advisory, never legal sign-off.

  • Financial services across the US, UK and EU, Australia, Singapore, India and the Gulf: SEC, FINRA and CFPB (US), FCA and ESMA (UK and EU), ASIC (Australia), MAS (Singapore), SEBI, IRDAI and RBI (India), plus Hong Kong and the UAE.
  • Healthcare: CDSCO for medicines, devices and OTC claims, and NMC for hospitals, diagnostics, fertility and telemedicine. Both enforce, and they are separate books because a diagnostics brand screened against a drugs pack would pass copy that is an offence to publish.
  • Industry-scoped, so a securities brand and an insurer are screened against different books, and neither is cross-blocked by the other.
  • A rule that fires shows the clause behind it. Where the rule is a hard one, the draft is held before publish rather than flagged after; legal review is always required.
