Exactly what Ansyra stores on your device, and how to control it. We keep it to the minimum.
What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage) are small pieces of data stored on your device. They let a site remember things between pages and visits, such as keeping you signed in or remembering a preference. This policy explains which ones Ansyra uses and how you control them, and it forms part of our Privacy Policy.
Our approach
We keep this minimal. We use strictly necessary cookies to run and secure the Service and remember your choices, and, with your permission, a functional set for our support chat and an analytics set (Google Analytics) to measure how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not load marketing pixels. Nothing non-essential runs unless you allow it.
Cookie categories
Strictly necessary (always on)
Required for the service to work: your authentication session, security and abuse protection, load balancing, your light/dark theme, and the record of this cookie choice. They never carry advertising or cross-site tracking, so they cannot be switched off.
Functional (optional)
Loads our self-hosted support chat (Chatwoot) so you can start a conversation and we can reply. It stays off unless you allow it; with it off, the chat launcher simply does not load.
Analytics (optional)
Loads Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, so we can improve the site. Off unless you allow it; with it off, no analytics script loads and no measurement cookies are set. We do not use this data for advertising.

Managing your preferences
You choose your preferences in the consent banner on your first visit, and you can change them at any time. Use the button below, or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, to reopen the panel. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though strictly necessary cookies are required for the Service to work, so blocking them may break sign-in or other features.
Third-party services
Our in-app support chat is provided by our self-hosted Chatwoot instance and loads only if you allow functional cookies. If you do not, the launcher never appears and no data is sent to it.
Analytics is provided by Google Analytics and loads only if you allow analytics cookies. When enabled, it measures page visits and usage so we can improve the site; when not, the script does not load and no measurement cookie is set. We use this data to understand and improve the site, not for advertising.
Changes and contact
